ineffective air conditioningdust accumulation
i found some aspects of my stay disappointing the air conditioning was ineffective in certain areas resulting in uneven temperatures throughout the accommodation dust accumulation was noticeable on surfaces and the operational curtains exhibited malfunctions impeding proper closure this resulted in unwanted light infiltration into the room during the night i expected better attention to detail and functionality given the hotel's reputation and rating the lack of consistent temperature control and cleanliness issues were definitely drawbacks, i would also expect a more reliable system for maintaining darkness in the room

Really good Staff and Great Location

During my four-night stay, the staff showed very nice kindness. I found the honesty bar, where guests serve themselves, very unique. The hotel's location proved convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The rooftop area offered a nice space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
I noticed a slight corporate feel in the room decor. It was not a major issue.

The hotel is in a safe, quiet area. I felt at ease walking around. Several good cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The metro station is also close. I could quickly access other parts of the city.

the reception staff had good attitudes and a lot of energy, it was lovely. i also received an upgrade to the room i booked, so i was very happy. the drinks and snacks at the reception were a nice touch, too.
The elevator was very small. Only two people with luggage fit.

I stayed for several nights. The housekeeping was excellent. They maintained the room meticulously each day. The reception staff were also friendly and spoke English well. The elevator easily accommodated two people with luggage, a rare convenience. Don't forget to check out the rooftop. It provides a unique perspective.
The minibar refrigerator was empty when I arrived.

Really good Stay!

The breakfast was delicious! All the staff were excellent especially Rafael and Peggune from the breakfast team. They were kind and friendly I hope to see them again very soon. I loved the attention to housekeeping! They came daily.
I found the elevator quite tiny.
