I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They provided helpful recommendations for local bars and restaurants. The hotel delivered our suitcases to our room.. This greatly enhanced our stay. The beds were super comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep.
The room's thermostat proved difficult to adjust.

The room included a kettle and a safe. Management provided an umbrella when rain was expected. I appreciated that. Metro stations are within walking distance. AMAZING!!!
I found the dust in the room to be excessive upon arrival.

the hotel is near the metro. this made travel around the city easy (i like when transportation is convenient). the staff were also friendly and helpful. they assisted with directions and recommendations.
the room was quite small. with luggage, moving around felt cramped (i think it was a classic room). the air conditioning did not work effectively. it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
