the hotel staff were so cute. they secured our bags as we explored the city streets near the hotel. i enjoyed the varied options at the breakfast buffet, it had french cuisine and other familiar choices. i also relaxed in the lounge, i chatted with a student working there, and he offered hidden gems suggestions.

the bar seemed understaffed at times, i waited longer than expected for my drink.

helpful staffgreat location

the staff was helpful (especially mr mokhtar!). he gave us suggestions that allowed us to visit the louvre and notre dame without long waits. the location is near champs elysees and louis vuitton, about 20 minutes to the louvre by walk.

the bed mattress and pillows were not very comfortable.
