excellent location and service
really good servicecomfortable sizereceptionist behavior
the staff provided really good service from check-in to breakfast. the location is close to the metro and the eiffel tower. on our last day, the hotel provided complimentary coffee to our room, it was such a lovely touch. the room had a comfortable size with a small balcony overlooking the arc de triomphe.
i was denied entry when i tried to enter the hotel with my wife. the receptionist rejected my wife even though i had already payed the city tax and for a two person room.

the hotel is near the metro and an easy walk to the eiffel tower. many shops are only two blocks away, that makes it convenient for shopping. taxis are readily available for transport to various places.

breakfast was wonderful with helpful staff. we found a little cafe across the road and had breakfast there on both days. the hotel gave us complimentary coffee in our room on the last day.

Our room featured a little balcony. the balcony offered an amazing view of the arc de triomphe. the room was impeccably clean and we found the bed very comfortable. The bathroom included good quality towels.

I encountered some issues . The power outlet in the bathroom did not function, and despite my request, it remained unfixed. I had to sleep with the windows open due to the air conditioning being off for the season. The street noise made it difficult to rest well.

the hotel's location impressed me. it was very close to the arc de triomphe (i could walk there in minutes). the breakfast included a wide variety of foods. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the tv in the room was not useful. i requested a repair for the bathroom outlet, but it was not done. the bar was closed because the barman was on holiday.
