i loved this hotel it was classy and warm. staffs were friendly and always ready to help. location was great near shops and great food. i really enjoyed the free coffee they had all day it really boost my mornings.
the bedroom got a bit dusty but nothing serious.

I regret the room had a size issue. The space felt a bit too tight, and moving around with luggage became difficult. the sound insulation was not great. I could hear noises from the hallway, and this did disrupted my sleep on one occasion.

The location was excellent. Gare du Nord was quite close. I found the breakfast to be lovely. Roxana at reception was also amazing.

I booked what i thought would be a relaxing getaway. But the spa was quite disappointing. the pool tiles were covered in mold. It made it impossible to even consider swimming. when i spoke with the manager, she wouldn't admit the spa was unclean. Even with the photos i presented.

the staff was so helpful and nice. they always smile. the room had tea and coffee. i did love the spa and sauna. it was a very good break after walking around the city.
the room were a little small. it be fine for one person though. more room to move would be nice. i think they do there best.
