the staff were very helpful and courteous. i received good tips about places to explore. there is a chessboard at the reception, and that was unusual.
my room was SUPER small. it did not look like a 4 stars hotel to me. the room smelled like humidity, unpleasantly present throughout my visit.

Comfortable Stay Near the Opera

I found the location great, ideal for exploring central parts. Rooms and bathrooms had a very good design. Staff provided helpful suggestions and assistance.
I did notice that the elevator servicing all floors runs a little slow.

The hotel provided an elevator for easy access to all floors. I observed two staircases near the entrance. I think that's good for emergency.

The hotel is close to the opera and grand boulevards. I noticed many shops near the opera, easy for shopping. I think it's very secure, I didn't see homeless.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They addressed my questions very fast. I got pre-boarding questionnaire sent via email and room customization.

The room had air conditioning, that was excellent. The room had enough space, good for moving. The bathroom included a big shower, very convinient.
