I found the staff very amicable, especially Jeanne, who provided wonderful service. The hotel location is ideal and close to sites. The breakfast was delicious, and I found the breakfast staff amazing.
The pillows in the room felt a little flat, and I needed an extra one.

i stayed in a beautiful pantheon room and the views were amazing. the staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to help. breakfast had such tasty pastries. i particularly enjoyed the vaulted ceiling in the breakfast area, it was pretty neat!
The wifi was kinda weak. It made streaming movies difficult one evening. i had hoped for a stronger signal throughout my stay. but we managed and it did not ruin our trip.

small roomstale breakfast
the room felt smaller than expected. i didn't have much space to move around or store my belongings. also, the breakfast was okay, but some items tasted a bit stale (maybe they weren't made fresh that day).
