helpful staffexcellent locationperfect boulangerie
the staff was pleasant and helpful i found the location excellent for my needs since i like to walk the madeleine metro was nearby. the boulangerie a block away provided a perfect place for breakfast every morning. i would return again to this location.

the room was spacious for one person i found lots of closet space the location was central. the frontal desk staff were gentle and kind.

malfunctioning air conditionerpoor breakfast
the air conditioner did not function. i also noticed there was no electricity in the room when i switched off the lamps.. charging my devices overnight proved impossible. the breakfast quality was poor. i received an invoice for water from the minibar i never consumed.

The location was perfect to access attractions. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice corner room with street views. The bed was comfortable with many pillows and the bathroom included nice towels.
The mini bar had only some half-bottles of water that the cleaner missed.

The location suited my needs perfectly as I enjoy walking. The Madeleine metro station was close by. A boulangerie a block away provided a nice breakfast option each morning (i loved the croissants!). The hotel had twin beds, ideal since I was traveling with my daughter.
The radiator cover was also broken in my room. I also saw dark hair on the bedding.

The double room included twin beds and sufficient amenities. I enjoyed the traditional decor with a view of Parisian facades. The room provided a safe and quiet atmosphere at night.

The staff answered all my questions about the hotel. I found them very friendly and kind before and (ms. Saadat was especially helpful). The staff were well dressed and helpful with all our needs.
