the location was convenient (close to transport).
the air conditioning did not work in either of the first two rooms i was assigned. after reporting the issue, i was moved to a third room, but the ac broke again after a day.

I was charmed by how close the hotel was to the expo centre. It was exactly where i needed to be. the staff proved to be super helpful during my entire stay. I felt very well taken care of. the rooms looked very nice and neat. i especially liked the complimentary snacks and hot drinks. A super nice touch!
the room's air conditioning system did not allow individual control, a little too warm for my liking during parts of my stay.

The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. i also found the bathroom equally spacious. It was wonderful. the design included thoughtful touches, and the layout maximized the available space.

The staff was always kind and considerate. I reminded me of a valued guest. the 24-hour lounge bar was a convenient perk. I appreciated the free snacks and purified water. the team really goes above and beyond. it was amazing!!!

the club area provided convenient snacks it was a definite plus after long days of sightseeing
the room's air conditioning malfunctioned it was quite unpleasant given the warm weather outside i reported the issue but it wasn't resolved quickly this made it difficult to relax in the room the lack of prompt service was frustrating and detracted from my overall experience

The hotel's location was not ideal for major tourist spots. There were few shops nearby like supermarkets or cafes. I also noticed there was only one towel provided ..
