The hotel decor struck me immediately! the art deco touches are distinctive. the location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the champs-élysées. christopher, the concierge, was notably helpful. he secured reservations at a popular restaurant for me.
the minibar charges were quite high. even simple items like biscuits incurred charges. i found this surprising for this category of hotel.

i appreciated the friendly staff. breakfast was delicious i especially liked the omelette prepared by a skilled chef. i found it refreshing compared to corporate hotels i've stayed at before. there is a nice restaurant close by in case the hotel's michelin-starred one is closed

The staff was attentive. Christopher, the concierge, was helpful. the location off the champs elysees is perfect for walking to main attractions. the hotel has an art deco feel in a luxurious dark green. our elegant room was super clean.
the service was slow, minimal sound proofing from the street. room keys were not working.

the location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The shower lacked adequate water pressure, especially with hot water, a problem technicians could not resolve. breakfast hours were strictly enforced. I felt unwelcome when arriving at 10:30. heated bathroom floors were unexpectedly turned off, resulting in cold facilities (this occurred on the last night of a multi-day stay).

the location is very close to the champs élysées and the george v metro station. the design has a british garden vibe, i liked it. the check-in service was fast and the bar service was good. the room was well-sized and nicely furnished.
I found that everything in the room was chargeable. Even biscuits cost extra
