the superior studio was very clean. the studio has a fully equipped kitchen area including a nespresso coffee machine. Capsules are available for purchase from a vending machine on the ground floor.

The location is excellent. Metro and bus lines are very close. The neighborhood has many local shops and restaurants. I found a pizzeria right downstairs, very convenient. Communicating with the staff was easy. They responded quickly to my requests.
I noticed some noise from a nearby bar late at night.

Excellent Studio Stay!
clean studio nespresso machine silent setting
I enjoyed the studio! It was clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen had a Nespresso machine with capsules available on the ground floor. A big fan with various settings provided great comfort. A silent night setting was available. The modern bathroom included shower gel and shampoo.
The space felt quite small.

Lots of multi-ethnic cafes, bars, and shops were nearby the location. I found amazing boulangeries with fresh baguettes and pain au chocolat. The metro station at Menilmontant is only a ten minute walk.

The host provided all the necessary information about check-in and the studio in advance and in detail. Accessing the building and the studio following the instructions provided was very easy. There's a sports bar and pizzeria on the first floor, with modest prices and nice staff.

The windows offered very good sound insulation. A fully equipped kitchen area was present in the studio. Everything felt fresh and stylish. I had a very nice view from the window

The building felt interesting and well maintained. There are transit options easily accessible near the hotel. The building did not require codes, and check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth. The bathroom had always hot water and a nice shower.

noise levels difficult parking
The room was clean and well-kept. This met my basic expectations.
The noise levels were EXTREMELY disruptive. A club nearby operated until late, and the poor soundproofing meant i barely slept one night. furthermore, finding parking was IMPOSSIBLE. The listing claimed street parking was available, but the area was congested and no spaces were free.

I found the studio very clean and well furnished. It had a fully equipped kitchen area. A Nespresso machine and capsules were available for purchase on the ground floor. The bathroom was modern and included shower gel and shampoo.
I noticed the hotel is located above a bar. It was quite noisy late into the night. This made it difficult to sleep well.
