basic stay with some drawbacks
multilingual staffmissing air conditioninguseless fan
the staff spoke multiple languages (which is useful given the diverse clientele).
I found the lack of air conditioning quite bothersome. The fan in the room barely made a difference during a particularly warm week this year, 2024. there also wasn't a mini-fridge or safe, which i consider standard amenities these days.

The included breakfast was convenient, giving me a good start each day. I found a tram and buses stop near by the place. The staff was nice and helpful when i needed a taxi. I could easily reach any point in the city thanks to the metro.
My room lacked air conditioning so the temperature was a bit high.

Acceptable stay with some issues

I appreciated the breakfast offered. It was good enough for me. The location worked. The metro station was close by.
The room was suppose to have 2x single beds 1 double and a pull out this was not the case. We had 4x singles an a pull out. I could not sleep due to so much noise. People shouted an laughed till early hours.
