The staff was very kind. The room was super clean. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool after my long day. It was refreshing! The location is superb. I found many cafes within walking distance. It made exploring the area very easy.
I wish breakfast was included in the room price. Paying extra for breakfast seemed a bit much.

the staff were attentive and professional. Patrick was consistently kind and helpful. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect. i found the pool and sauna areas peaceful and well kept.

The staff helped with various bookings and gave helpful advice. the rooms were really nice and neat. soundproofing in the rooms was effective. Street noise was minimal, a quiet night's sleep resulted.
The gym's ac was broken . The spa was too hot to use. workmen occupied the spa making it difficult to relax. This was an inconvenience. google reviews suggest others have experienced similar issues.

The reception staff were cute and friendly! I especially appreciated Antoine at the restaurant and Michel at the front desk. They were very helpful. The location is very convenient to the train station, a great advantage. The pool was bigger than I expected. It's definitely a plus.
The gym's AC wasn't working properly. The temperature made it too hot to use.

the staff was helpful! the room was very clean.
I found that my beautiful double room was actually an accessible room. It lacked a proper shower box and the toilet seat was too high. i asked the front desk, but they only offered me a downgrade at the same price or keeping the unsuitable room. it seemed like i was being pushed to pay more for less.
