the room was quite small it barely accommodated my luggage i also found the lack of hand soap in the bathroom to be quite inconvenient there was no proper place to hang hand towels the absence of a suitable table and chair made it difficult to work or relax comfortably in the room

The location was great. It was very near the train station. Gare St Lazare was very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops were also nearby.
The room I booked should have had three single beds and been 215 sq ft. The first room they put me in was quite small. There was one tiny "single" bed and a double. Staff said they had no rooms with three single beds.

the location was central i could easily access various attractions and transportation hubs. the staff showed great friendliness they helped me with directions and provided useful recommendations for local eateries. my room featured modern decor and ample space for my luggage. the cleanliness impressed me i found it well kept.
the absence of a coffee maker in the room proved somewhat inconvenient i needed caffeine in the mornings. i had to go downstairs to purchase coffee.

the reception staff were attentive and quick to address my queries and requests. they offered assistance with luggage storage and provided information about local transportation options i appreciate their support. the service was really good.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of options i found pastries fruit and hot dishes available. the dining area was well-kept with comfortable seating breakfast service was efficient and attentive i enjoyed the continental options.

The location was convenient. The metro station was steps away. the room included individual climate control. It was very easy to adjust. the staff provided complimentary luggage storage after checkout. This helped a lot.
