Solid Hotel Experience

The room cleaning occurred once daily. The location proved convenient. It was quite close to the metro station. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They were always available. This.
I could hear the elevator door opening and closing from my room. The noise was loud and disruptive. The shower door did not close completely. The water also did not drain correctly in the bathroom sink.

metro station comfortable bed unfriendly staff unwelcome feeling
The hotel is close to the metro station. It is very convenient for getting around. The neighborhood has nice places to explore. There is so much around. I also liked that the room had a comfortable bed.
The cleaning woman almost walked into the room without knocking. The staff was not very friendly. This. These interactions are not my ideal hotel experience.
