Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Need Addressing

The location was acceptable. It's fairly central.
The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I had issues with the room's amenities. There was no conditioner and the soap doubled as shampoo.

The room featured a well-stocked mini-bar with complimentary soft drinks, which i appreciated. I found the turndown service to be thorough, including fresh towels and neatly arranged amenities. The bathroom provided Molton Brown toiletries, a nice touch. I appreciated the availability of both feather and hypoallergenic pillows.
the elevator was a bit slow, Occasionally Causing a Slight Delay.

The fitness center included three treadmills, two elliptical machines, and a set of free weights. A selection of current magazines and newspapers were available in the lobby area. This was welcome. The business center offered printing and scanning services.

The location was central. I found many attractions within easy walking distance. The breakfast service was efficient, with attentive staff. The room featured bottled water and a pod coffee maker, restocked regularly, but we loved the service!
The street was immediately blocked off. It was impossible to even briefly stop to unload luggage.
