excellent stay near the arc de triomphe
friendly staffdecent sizenoisy hotel
the staff was very friendly.. the room was conveniently located about ten minutes from arc de triomphe. breakfast was also nice. the room had a decent size and felt comfortable. the location was a true parisian experience.
the hotel was noisy at night. the aircon did not work so i could not keep the window closed. they did not refill toilet paper and fresh towels were not provided every day.

the hotel is near the metro line. many shops and restaurants are nearby to allow a delicious dinner. the triumphal arch is within walking distance. public transport is easy to access from this location.

the administrator who met me was very friendly. at breakfast the worker was very caring and attentive. concierge was quick to respond when i had questions.

having cake available downstairs was a lovely touch. the hotel has a cute little lift to the rooms. the breakfast and bar room was nice with high vaulted glass ceilings. the hotel feels nice and warm when you enter.

amazing stay!
superb locationlarge roomfriendly stafffire alarm
the location was superb, near the congress center, metro, and arc de triomphe! the large room was SUCH a bonus, and the staff were genuinely friendly and super helpful. i felt welcomed and taken care of during my entire stay.
i have to say, sorting out a fire alarm that went off every morning at 7:30 was not a good experience! apparently it had been happening for the last week, unsafe and needs immediate fixing.

The beautiful palm room included really comfy beds and was clean! the distribution of the room felt ideal making it feel even more spacious. It included all the amenities for traveling without liquids. it was amazing!!!

the location proved convenient. it was a short walk to the arc de triomphe and many shops (i even managed a bit of unplanned window shopping). the staff greeted me with smiles each morning and were very helpful with directions. the cleanliness of my room impressed me, always super clean after a day exploring.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes.
