i found early check-in very useful after a long journey. the staff greeted me with great kindness. i slept well on the comfortable bed they provided. also, a subtle yet pleasant fragrance permeated the room, a detail i certainly appreciated.
One minor inconvenience i noticed was that the elevator felt slightly small. It required multiple trips to move luggage.
