The location is quite convenient. I could easily walk to major attractions and access nearby metro stations (it really made getting around simple). The staff members were helpful and courteous. They quickly answered my questions and provided useful directions.
The room's sound insulation was not very effective. I could hear street noise despite the earplugs provided (it was a minor inconvenience).

the front desk staff were helpful in addressing my needs (the manager particularly tried to accommodate me).
i was given a room on the first floor and it was disappointing. the ceiling was super low, i could touch it while standing. the noise from downstairs was constant throughout the night and i could feel the metro passing below.

Location IS very convenient. It is near a metro station. The staff seemed helpful. The room had complimentary water.
The rooms felt old to me. Breakfast in the basement lacks windows. Soundproofing could be better as i heard street noise.
