The staff were attentive. Karim at reception provided helpful advice. The room was super clean, had a firm bed, and the shower amenities were nice (i especially liked the soap!). The location was convenient with easy access to attractions and the metro.
My room lacked storage. It was difficult to unpack properly since there was only one shelf available (this impacted my convenience quite a bit).

The room featured a modern design. It was very clean. The room had updated features. Good space was available.

The hotel offered complimentary espresso in the lobby. This was available to all guests. I noticed many guests made use of this service. The coffee aroma was noticeable throughout the reception area.

The front desk attention was friendly. The staff was very helpful. Karim (he was really great!) provided excellent recommendations for local dining options and assisted with luggage upon arrival, which i really appreciated.
