A balanced experience

The executive room was a good size. It had two windows looking onto the street and also included a balcony. Excellent building materials provided good isolation.
My room was close to the elevator. All the walls seemed thin so I could hear everything. I especially noticed other guests coming in and out and cleaning personnel in the morning.

Charming Stay Close to Everything!

I found the staff very supportive. They quickly helped with a baby crib. The room size was comfortable, and the baby crib fit perfectly. Breakfast offered a nice variety even if not very inspiring. The location is perfect. Near many bakeries and away from crowds.
The room lacked storage for small items. There was only one shelf. We mostly kept our clothes in our suitcase because of this. It was okay for a few days but less ideal for a longer stay.

The hotel is steps from Jacques Bonsergent Metro. Republique & Chateau d'Eau Metro stations are also nearby. I walked to Notre Dame Cathedral and Le Marais from the hotel. This makes getting around easy

The bed in my room was comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The bathroom had a bath and shower. It was very clean. The bedroom furniture was new and nicely designed. Housekeeping cleaned the room well daily

the hotel had an excellent location near several metro stations like jacques bonsergent. the room had effective air conditioning, a very clean bathroom with a bath and shower, and comfortable bed. laundry services were conveniently available the same day! plus, i enjoyed the complimentary coffee and infused water provided all day.
The breakfast choices could be expanded. I would have liked to see a bigger variety of cereals available. the pillows were also square and did not provide a lot of support.

The staff were attentive. Karim at reception provided helpful advice. The room was super clean, had a firm bed, and the shower amenities were nice (i especially liked the soap!). The location was convenient with easy access to attractions and the metro.
My room lacked storage. It was difficult to unpack properly since there was only one shelf available (this impacted my convenience quite a bit).

The front desk attention was friendly. The staff was very helpful. Karim (he was really great!) provided excellent recommendations for local dining options and assisted with luggage upon arrival, which i really appreciated.
