The family double room had both a double bed and a double sofa bed. This arrangement was very comfortable for my family of four. i found the room itself to be neat, clean, and spacious. it had enough wardrobe space. This helped a lot with organization. i appreciated that breakfast was included. It gave us a good start each day.
during my stay, the room was consistently cold and the heating seemed ineffective, a surprising issue for a 4-star hotel. i reported this to reception, though no effective solution was provided, leading to some discomfort.

The metro station is very close. This made accessing different parts of the area easy. some restaurants nearby offered convenient dining options and a supermarket close by provided necessities. the hotel's location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the room was a decent size, i guess. lots of power sockets exist, so that's something.
The air con only blew hot air. It was spring. the room became stuffy, so i had to open the windows, but then there was traffic noise. i complained. Nothing happened. honestly, i expected more from this place.
