ineffective air conditioningstreet noise
The air conditioning was not effective. I had to open the window every night. this resulted in significant noise disturbance from the street. also, the room lacked a refrigerator, a feature i really missed.

the location was very convenient! it was just a short walk to gare de lyon. the staff were helpful with directions. the water dispenser in the lobby was useful to refill water bottles. the quiet outdoor courtyard also provided a relaxing space.

faulty elevatorbroken air conditioning
the elevator incident was quite unsettling. i got stuck in the left elevator, and it took a while to get out. also, the central air conditioning in my room didn't work, so i had to sleep with the window open every night. this meant i heard a lot of noise from people in the street all night long. honestly, i didn't even bother to complain about the air conditioning since i was already annoyed about being stuck in the elevator.

the hotel location is very convenient i could easily walk to the train station the staff were helpful and cute i especially liked the garden where i could relax with a pizza from a nearby restaurant the room size was also good compared to other european hotels i've stayed in
