i found the rooms super clean and spacious. cleaning service happened every day, which i liked. the room provided all needed amenities. i appreciated the umbrella provided for rainy days.
i found that the staff looked a bit reserved initially. they do not always greet guests passing by.

the front desk assisted with taxi calls and food orders. they even scheduled hair appointments for us. the gym provides ample space and a good sauna. our room contained everything necessary for a pleasant stay. the cleaning staff maintained excellent standards.
the floor boards in my room were peeling slightly, and some mirror edges in the toilet showed chipping. some laminate on the carpentry was also falling apart. i noticed these signs of wear .

our super beautiful two-bedroom apartment featured two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. a walk-in closet and vanity added a touch of luxury. the large living room and convenient kitchen facilitated relaxation throughout the stay.

Multiple bus stops sit directly in front of the building. three train stations are within a 10-minute walk. These are seodamun, city hall, and chungjeongno stations. i found it convenient to access various parts of the area.

the location was good with metro stations nearby. a lot of space exists in the apartment. also, the apartment has a washing machine and this is very useful. i appreciate the convenience store behind the hotel.
i found the gym and pool area old and not very inviting. the hotel restaurant was empty and too expensive. breakfast buffet was also overpriced. these aspects require attention.

the front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and helpful. mr joon and joy at the front desk are helpful. they responded to queries quickly and helped with suggestions regarding places.

the hotel's dining room on the ground floor serves reasonably priced food. i found an excellent squid ink octopus risotto there. the lounge on the 23rd floor provides service until late on weekdays.
