i found the hotel super convenient because of its location near myeongdong. it also has a metro station close by for easy travel around. the french decor is interesting, even if it is slightly dark. the staff was friendly and helpful. the cleaning service did a great job.

I had trouble getting an extra blanket. The hotel asked me to pay for it, which seemed unusual.

this hotels location by the hoehyeon station exit 7 made travel easy. the staff were helpful with directions and requests i had. the breakfast included a great selection of foods, though the offerings did remain the same daily. the room was very quiet, i slept well.

The rooms decoration was over the top. the lamps were poorly placed. I nearly hit my head. also, the shower floor became slippery when wet, it was a safety concern for me.

The hotel REALLY had some issues. the smell was overpowering, like CHEAP soap. even the water bottles tasted like it. I had to open the windows. the lighting in the room was very poor, i NEEDED more light.
