small room awkward sink
The breakfast pastries tasted great. I found the outdoor second floor space added to the ambience.
The regular room felt small. I could barely move around the bed, and the sink was awkwardly placed right next to the bed. It was too tiny to be practical.

venice beach gem!
excellent design comfy bed delicious bakery
The hotel location is fabulous near the beachfront. I easily rented bikes and explored santa monica and venice beach. The room was nicely decorated, the bed super comfy, and the design had an excellent element! pre-ordered food from the bakery, it was very delicious. This was important as i needed to feed my teens after a long flight.
the room was very basic for the price, and the bedside lamps did not work.

The room included nice shower products. The space was clean and had good style. The room's design matched the venice aesthetic. It created a cool boutique vibe.

Breakfast included a voucher for a nearby place, gjusta. It is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Complimentary bread and coffee was a nice extra to the hotel. The hotel has a cool heritage.

The staff were helpful and friendly! they answered all my questions well. The front desk service was great. Staff happily stored my luggage after checkout. The room service ladies were nice.

SO charming stay!
great comfort useful desk good pressure fresh croissants
i stayed in a small queen room for five nights. The bed provided great comfort. i found a useful desk for my laptop. The shower had good water pressure, a welcome feature. i also liked the fresh croissants provided each morning.
i heard some hallway noise at times. THIS did bother me a tiny bit.

The staff demonstrated helpful assistance whenever i had questions. Front desk employees were available at all hours. Check-in and check-out process was efficient, needing very little wait time from my side.

Breakfast includes complimentary pastries with coffee and juice. The pastries tasted fresh, and the selection was good. i saw the partnered bakery provided additional options for lunch and dinner nearby.
