the location is convenient to the airport. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. i really appreciated the comfy beds and the helpful front desk staff! plus, the parking facilities were very convenient too.

A complimentary shuttle provided easy access to the airport. The room offered a well-equipped kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable, allowing great nights of sleep. I found a Starbucks and pizza restaurant next to Check-In, very convenient for late arrivals.
I found the parking situation confusing with reserved signs everywhere. It was difficult to locate available parking spots designated for hotel guests. I also noticed that the parking garage lacked a direct connection to the hotel elevators, requiring stair use.

The hotel features a well-stocked snack shop, offering guests convenience. The hotel provides free transport to the airport, eliminating any travel concerns. I also noticed a pizza restaurant available until late.

The check-in process was fast and very convenient.. Staff members worked hard, remaining kind despite the busy environment. The complimentary cooked breakfast gave a good start to the day.

The location is quite close to the airport, great for travel. There were some Asian restaurants located nearby. I found the free transport from the hotel to the airport convenient.

the room was equipped with a large fridge, a cooking area, and included pots and pans.
The staff's response to damaged laundry was disappointing. They initially offered quarters instead of professional cleaning (for clothes damaged by poorly maintained machines). even after agreeing to dry clean, the stains remained on some items. receiving only one night of free parking as compensation seemed inadequate, especially after spending a significant amount on the room and parking.

The room was clean and quite spacious (i liked the layout). breakfast offered a variety of choices, and i saw staff kept it well-stocked. the staff was awesome. When i had a minor sink issue, a plumber fixed it quickly.
