I had high expectations for my stay, as the hotel's location is convenient and the staff are quite friendly. However, there were several issues during my visit, including parking challenges and inconsistent room service. The restaurant was closed for renovations, which was a letdown as well. Overall, while it has potential, the experience fell short in some key areas.
