friendly staff great location efficient room service room unreadiness night noise expensive minibar
The staff was friendly and the location was great. The room included a king bed, I slept very well. The cleanliness was good, the room service was efficient.
My room WASN'T ready when i arrived. I had to wait about 40 minutes. This was inconvenient. There was some noise at night from the nearby streets. The minibar prices were too high.

Satisfactory Stay

good location cute staff safe environment nearby restaurants
The hotel location is good. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. The staff seemed cute. I felt safe at all times.
The room had damaged walls. The chaise was worn. The housekeeping consistently forgot to leave full sets of towels.
Rooms
8/10
The room included a king size bed. Visible scuff marks existed on some walls. Wear and tear were apparent on the chaise lounge near the window.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel had a small pool. It seemed more decorative than functional. The pool area became crowded. Corporate events took place during the weekend.
Dining
8/10
The hotel restaurant offers a selection of meals. I did not dine there. A coffee was purchased one morning. The muffin took fifteen minutes.

balanced experience

prompt housekeeping wonderful coffee spacious bathroom tight king room downtown hotel debit card
Housekeeping responded quickly to requests. Any needs we encountered were handled right away. I liked the coffee bar in the lobby. It allowed for grabbing coffee without leaving the hotel. This was nice since I wanted something more than what was in the room.
The king room felt a little tight. I know this can be expected in a downtown hotel. I noticed the bathroom was very spacious though! I think the incidentals charge on my debit card is an issue, as it takes a long time to get it back.

the location are super and i did love the décor. staff members are helpful and kind, they even remember your name. great views and pool.
i know everyone probably says this, but i'm really not one to leave negative reviews. room service came into the room as they forgot to leave water, they didn't realize we were able to check in early. luckily i had just put my robe on after showering.
