Decent stay , some issues present
amazing location free coffee nice staff high temperature small room slow elevator
THE location was amazing, very close to everything. I got free water and coffee, which I really appreciated. The staff were nice, they helped me with directions.
The room temperature was not going under 75 , VERY hot. I talked to the front desk and they sent someone with a fan , but it did not cool down the room enough. Only one elevator worked on my side of the floor , I waited a lot.

helpful staff double room amazing location
I found the location amazing for exploring. Staff members were very friendly and helpful . I unexpectedly received a great double room.
The elevators were slow and infrequent which was inconvenient.

Complimentary water is available . Coffee machines can be found on the second floor, providing convenient access to beverages. I especially enjoyed the decaf option which tasted great.

Great Location, Functional Amenities

I was in town for a conference. The location was ideal. It was near the river. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had water fountains. This saved me money on bottled water. There was a coffee machine available. It was on the second level, a real plus for early mornings.
The deposit they charged was one hundred dollars. It took a while to get back into my account. The process was inconvenient.

The hotel included a gym and laundry service. These facilities were valuable. The gym features treadmills. It also features stationary bikes. The laundry facilities had washers and dryers available to guests.

small room lacking cleanliness
The room was quite small. I also noticed there was no minibar. Cleanliness was lacking . My room was not cleaned at all. I expected more for the price I paid. I had to ask for fresh towels. I am a bit disappointed overall.
