I had a wonderful time at this hotel, with its historic charm and fantastic location near Michigan Ave. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and my room was comfortable and clean. Although the dining options were limited, I enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese hour. However, I faced some issues with check-in timing that could have been better managed.
