the location was good, close to riverwalk and navy pier.
i booked a room with a 'city view' and i was told i needed TO upgrade to get it. the hotel charged me more than i needed to post my stay. the cleaning staff was loud SO, they didnt care for the 'do not disturb' sign.

the room was clean , and i found the location to be quite central. the proximity to various attractions made exploring convenient. the gym facilities were adequate , with equipment to maintain a routine.
the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient , i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax. the valet service experienced delays , and it took a while to retrieve the car. i also noticed additional charges upon checkout , increasing the overall cost.
