smooth check-in local sightseeing charming decoration
Pilar offered a smooth check-in. She thoroughly answered all our questions. she provided tips for local sightseeing . the hotel displayed charming holiday decorations, very cute. the positive attitude and thoughtful help left a great impression on me, it was a pleasure.
the room lacked an in-room coffee machine. coffee was only available during breakfast hours. i did find this a minor inconvenience .

The staff was polite. The hotel's location near Los Feliz made meals easy. I found the outdoor pool a nice addition. Room cleaning services happened regularly.

totally awesome stay!
great help huge room amazing stay quick staff
pilar was super understanding when my friend and i had a little trouble when we got there, i was so happy she helped us right away. the room was huge and felt great, especially that pool. pilar always found ways to make us happy, even with our problems, she really were really good, i was impressed. they were always so quick to help and really tried to, i felt so special.
the fridge was a little too cold for my water, i saw it froze and ruined my leftovers. it was hard to turn it down, i wish it worked better. i never got it right.

the hotel is close to everything, awesome, groceries and other useful things are right nearby, so that was easy. it made getting around simple and quick. you have what you need right there.

the room was super clean, a real plus, it felt big and i had plenty of space, especially with the beautiful queen room. it had everything i needed. i felt at ease when i stepped inside the room.

the hotel includes a gym, a pool, and even a mini market, i found it awesome. there is also laundry and a breakfast place, they offer a lot. i reminded me of i had everything i needed, the place was amazing.

i loved the breakfast place, it had great options and a cool vibe, there are also lots of fast food places close to the hotel. this made it so easy to find something quick and good. i always found something i liked.

convenient access helpful staff easy transportation
I really enjoyed the hotel's convenient access to transportation. the metro and buses are close by. it made it easy to get around to various spots, including griffith park and universal studios. i also found the staff helpful.
the bathroom seemed a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.
