a heavenly stay in the heart of it all
attentive staff perfect location added bonus excellent convenience
I found the staff wonderfully polite. They were always very attentive. the location proved perfect with many attractions within easy WALKING distance. the proximity to the metro was an added bonus. the valet parking service offered excellent convenience. I did not have to search for parking.

a pool offered a chance for relaxation, and a fitness center let me maintain my routine. Complimentary wifi service was available throughout the hotel. the hotel provided valet parking for an additional fee.

the hotel is near many attractions and restaurants, which allows for convenient access. the hotel is within walking distance of popular sites. public transportation options, including the metro, are easily accessible near the hotel. MAGNIFICENT Mile and River Walk are walkable.

housekeeping maintained a clean room. staff promptly addressed maintenance issues. the valet service was efficient and courteous. the front desk staff were available for assistance and questions, and they were very communicative.

The included breakfast was convenient and helped start the day right. The location is great for accessing nearby shops. The staff at breakfast was cute and friendly (a special shoutout to Glenda!).
The hotel had no kettle in the room.
