Excellent Downtown Stay

The king size suite was VERY clean and accommodated my family's needs. The location is convenient. It's a short walk to restaurants and the Scotiabank Saddledome Arena. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's breakfast included many options, such as scrambled eggs, sausage, and pastries.
The air conditioning made some loud noises. It continued even after I switched it off.

The staff responded to requests promptly and maintained the premises well. Front desk employees provided efficient assistance, and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms very clean each day. The concierge was helpful with directions and local information.

The complimentary breakfast included hot and cold options. fresh fruit. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby throughout the day. That was nice. The dining area offered ample seating and was well kept by attentive staff.

The hotel's location provides easy access to downtown attractions and public transportation. Several restaurants and shops are nearby, and it is a short walk to the arena. THE proximity to the convention center was useful.

I appreciated the spacious rooms. There was plenty of space. The hotel included a full kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances. BREAKFAST offered a good variety of choices, something I value.

The room was VERY comfortable! It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and utensils. Breakfasts had real eggs. The kitchen staff kept the food stocked. This was REALLY excellent!
