i found the location quiet, a little away from the center. it was still easy to walk to everything. the breakfast had a good variety of options. the staff were also helpful and friendly.
our room felt a little small. there weren't a kettle in the room. i also noticed some lack of soundproofing. i could hear noises from other guests in the hotel.

charming and Quiet Getaway
great size quiet nights wonderful staff attentive staff
the hotel boasts a great size. it's close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away for quiet nights. the staff was wonderful (so attentive!), and breakfast exceeded my expectations. adam, the bartender, made a wonderful negroni.
i noticed the rooms could benefit from extra storage, like a full-length mirror.

the hotel provides parking, a significant plus. the location avoids the ztl zone. the hotel also features a green courtyard, offering shade for relaxation after sightseeing.

inadequate shower design inadequate soundproofing
the breakfast included sufficient choices to start the day adequately.
The room i booked, a 'superior king room', had a shower of inadequate design. The water pooled near the toilet, a situation i found unacceptable. furthermore, soundproofing looked to be an afterthought. I distinctly heard conversations from adjacent rooms throughout my stay, disrupting any chance of undisturbed rest.

quiet retreat with excellent service
helpful staff local spot breakfast option
i found the staff very helpful . they answered all my questions about local spots. i even had a parcel delivered there. the breakfast provided a lovely start to the day, with many options available.
Soundproofing was minimal in my room. I heard other guests. i also noticed the thermostat did not seem to control the air conditioning. i wish i had more control over the room temperature.
