The location was really good. It made exploring so simple. i adored the breakfast served in the lovely courtyard. the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions. it created a romantic atmosphere.
the junior suite's bathroom needed some updating. the shower stall had some hard water stains. the shower head was also a bit loose. i found a couple of cobwebs near the ceiling in the second room. that really bothered me.

the location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions i appreciated the staff's helpfulness the rooms were spacious and well equipped our room had tea and coffee making facilities i also enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard it was very relaxing
the hard pillows were an issue i had trouble getting comfortable

The staff were helpful. They arranged an early breakfast for our day trip. The breakfast included a wide assortment of pastries, fruit, cheese, cereal, juice, and coffee. I found the location very convenient, it was close to the center of the city. The 'Superior' Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the space it offered.
The room furnishings and the wallpaper were red. I thought the color was too gaudy and really didn't suit my liking.

The location is near Santa Maria Novella, very convenient for accessing the train station and the city's major attractions. I found this central location made sightseeing very easy and efficient, a BIG plus. It made my travel easier!!!

Breakfast was included and was WONDERFUL. I enjoyed the wide variety of options, including pastries, fruit, cheese, and cereal, and i started each day with a good assortment. The coffee and tea selections were also quite satisfying.

Each staff member was very helpful and friendly. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the greatest experience and I really liked that. I felt very welcomed!!!

I stayed in the junior suite, it differed significantly from the website photos. The room needs updating, specifically the peeling wallpaper in the bedroom and hallway.. it was disappointing.
