I found the room to have a peculiar smell upon arrival. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud. I found it difficult to sleep with it running. I reserved time at the spa, but its pool area had an unpleasant smell. I did not stay for the full duration of my spa appointment.

I found the staff very professional. They even helped with our bags after checkout! they allowed us to leave the car in the hotel parking so we could enjoy our wine tasting. they also provided an umbrella when it was raining. It was really great.
I think that the spa access cost was not included for hotel guests. Even for fitness swimming. that was expensive and short.

the hotel is located a little outside of the city center though there is a bus stop around the corner. this provides easy access to public transportation for exploring the surrounding area. it is beneficial if you do not mind being away from the immediate city bustle.

The breakfast offered many choices though it could benefit from more variety. the hotel also features a restaurant and a bar that serve meals. Snacks throughout the day. this makes it easy to get refreshments and meals during your stay.

The staff were very cute. Efficient and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay. i noticed their attention to detail. Commitment to ensure all guests felt comfortable and cared for. this included quick responses to inquiries. Requests.

The room was very nice and clean. And the rooms were cleaned daily. the standard double or twin room offered a comfortable space though some may find it compact. this setup worked well for my needs.

the hotel staff was helpful and courteous. max was especially useful for everything i needed . the breakfast was tasty and varied, offering good options.
the location isn't very close to the main attractions. it took some time to reach the city center. i think the hotel charges a high tourist tax.
