The room was too hot. I was unable to lower the temperature below 25 degrees, so it was not comfortable. The front desk turned off the heat, but this action did not help.

I found the staff kind and helpful. the location was excellent. I could get to the center by taxi quickly. i especially appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is! my dog was welcome everywhere and felt at home. i felt very relaxed as a result.

the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. it also didn't control the temperature properly. the faucet in the bidet seemed just for show since it was a regular faucet.

The air conditioning did not control the temperature properly. it blew directly onto the bed. also, the faucet in the bidet was just for show. It was a regular faucet for washing hands.

The staff provided really good service! The rooms were great and the outside area was well kept. I found the cleanliness of the hotel excellent. The bed felt comfortable. The restaurant staff were accommodating when I requested assistance with heating food for my son. Breakfast offered a good range of food. Gluten-free options were even available.
