The breakfast offered a good selection of food.
The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, but the staff addressed the issue after we asked. They seemed to expect payment for the bottled water in the room. Usually hotels provide this complimentary. It was odd to learn tap water was the only free option.

location was fantastic, the tram from the airport dropped us literally outside the hotel. it was only 5 minutes from the main train station. a short walk lead to the old town. breakfast was great, fresh and it was different each day.
the staff was not accommodating and their tone seemed dismissive. they did not offer water options to refill water bottles. they didn't seem to consider we booked 2 rooms, so they did not put them next to each other.

Excellent Location and Amenities!

The breakfast included amazing choices. Every morning I looked forward to pancakes prepared on the spot. The rooftop patio had an very nice view and was a really nice place to start the evening with a drink. The outdoor pool was a welcome treat to beat the heat .

The breakfast included fresh orange juices and a variety of cakes! The location is really convenient, just opposite the tram stop for easy access around the area. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel didn't provide complimentary water bottles in the rooms.
