We had an AMAZING time . The service was really good from start to finish. It was warm, attentive, and genuinely cute. My room was perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. Access to fresh water and coffee at any time of the day was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop was sensational. It gave amazing views. Federica's kindness and dedication to guest comfort did not go unnoticed. I deeply appreciated every moment.
