great location friendly staff dark room uncomfortable bed
the location was PERFECT , very close to the duomo. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of options.
The room was a bit dark , and the window was quite blurred. the bed WASN'T very comfortable. I woke up with back pains.

ancient elevator lacking excitement
the location was decent because its in the center. rooms were cleaned ok.
honestly, i expected the rooms to be a little more better. the elevator felt ancient and unstable, so i avoided it. breakfast was acceptable, but it lacked any excitement.

The staff gave a friendly welcome. The location is very close to the main cathedral. The reception operates 24 hours a day. Staff were helpful when I needed assistance.

I found the hotel's location convenient for exploring key landmarks. The Duomo was a very short walk. I had quick access to the heart of Medieval treasures. The central location simplified my sightseeing.
I thought the shower was small.

The location proved convenient as it was central to most landmarks. The reception desk was staffed 24 hours, a great advantage for flexible schedules. Most staff members were friendly. A lovely woman managed breakfast with such efficiency!
The shower had a design flaw causing water to leak, only a minor inconvenience.

cathedral steps duomo view
the location is great. it is a few steps from the cathedral. we had a view of the duomo from our room.
the breakfast was not great. there was not much choice and the croissants were too dry.

a balanced review
excellent location special atmosphere duomo view badly maintained fridge absence bad smell
the location was excellent. it was near to the duomo. i even had a view of it from my window. the hotel has a special atmosphere that keeps you feeling in middle centuries.
the hotel was really badly maintained. the staff came to my room and turned the ac off. they claimed it turns off on its own. there is no fridge in the room and the bathroom smelled really bad.
