The staff were helpful and professional (i especially appreciated their quick responses). the hotel partners with a well-equipped gym. the nearby canal area makes jogging accessible. It is very close to the hotel.
The breakfast menu lacked many options. the evening meal was quite average too. the coffee machine in the room did not work. The hotel had no alternative coffee options available (no instant coffee).

I adored the room's pristine condition. Everything seemed new. i felt spoiled with the complimentary welcome drink and upgraded room. the pub connected to the hotel made dinner easy after a tiring workday. It was so convenient.
The room lacked fresh air. The windows were inoperable, so the old, noisy ac impacted my sleep. sometimes, the ac even smelled like the kitchen, it was not tender at all.

The staff showed kindness and attentiveness. They seemed genuinely helpful! especially at the front desk, their care, this was like a nice touch, they were so delicate.

the hotel's facilities were brand new and wonderful. i enjoyed the comfortable bed after long days! the breakfast options pleased me, and the hotel's partnership with a local gym was a plus for fitness, it was lovely.

The breakfast had a great variety and flavor. I especially enjoyed the fresh eggs with avocado. the room service menu offered limited but tasty choices, all were fresh and perfectly made.

The hotel's location near the barbican made exploring architecture easy, it was great! a short walk led to st paul's, convent gardens, and the millennium bridge. Everything was accessible, though the parking was expensive!
