the breakfast was delicious. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times, they gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. my room included a balcony with a nice city view.
There was no minibar in my room. I found this disappointing. room service options were very limited. i also had to ask multiple times for my bill.

i found the staff helpful ,and their kindness stood out. i received an upgrade and will return in the future. the location proved ideal with attractions within a short distance. breakfast featured a great option and i enjoyed the free fruit and coffee.
there was no explanation about the elevator badge upon arrival. the tv lost connection on a national channel repeatedly.

the location was within walking distance to the eiffel tower. the surrounding area was safe and quiet. it provided convenient access to various attractions. the neighborhood felt calm and peaceful ,away from tourist crowds.

The hotel had restaurants right outside, this was convenient. rooms featured great amenities and the beds were very comfy. the rooms felt modern. A four-star plus experience. i found the hotel very well-equipped.
the room lacked a minibar, though the room service menu offered a limited selection.

The hotel is near a pharmacy. This offers convenience for any immediate healthcare needs. several points of interest are within walking distance of the premises, so i didn't need public transportation.

I enjoyed the spacious, comfortable bed in my room. the bathroom included a super shower. The water pressure was perfect. the room design incorporated modern touches, and it looked pristine.

The staff was very friendly and kind. They provided prompt and attentive service. i received helpful recommendations for local dining. It made meal planning easy. alejandro was especially sweet. I appreciated his attention.
