SUPERB hotel VERY close to Sacré-Cœur!

I found the location convenient for exploring Montmartre. It's just a short walk to the Sacré-Cœur. The metro station nearby made getting around the area VERY simple. I also really liked the variety of restaurants available in the vicinity.
The room did not have a refrigerator, which would have been useful.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean upon arrival. The location allows convenient access to local attractions (such as Sacré-Cœur).
The room I had was quite small. The selection at breakfast was limited. The absence of tea making facilities in the room was disappointing.

the location was convenient as it was close to many attractions.
the room i was assigned had issues with the air conditioning and the ventilation was poor resulting in a stuffy environment. the elevator was also quite small and slow so navigating the floors was sometimes an inconvenience. the staff did not address the problem efficiently.

inadequate heatingunsatisfactory handling
The heating in my room was inadequate. it was december and the room temperature was noticeably low. I had to keep my winter jacket on. furthermore, when i raised this issue with the reception staff, their handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. it took a considerable amount of time for them to even acknowledge the problem.

The air conditioning did NOT work , a real issue. I expected a comfortable room temperature. As a result, I had to leave the windows open all night. It was VERY noisy outside. Sleep was difficult to get.

Location rocks! Two metro stations sit nearby, that was awesome. Lots of yummy dining places exist close by. My room shone, it had tasty decor. Sheets could've been better though.
The elevator felt small. Squeezing in felt tough because the main lift broke.

The Standard Queen Room featured modern decor and offered enough space. The bed felt comfortable, great after a long day. A television with international channels provides entertainment, also it includes tea and coffee. The bathroom shone. It had all necessary toiletries.
