Hotel Max - A downtown Seattle hotel with Sub Pop Records theme, craft beer hour, and artist-curated spaces
Located in Seattle's Denny Triangle, this 3-star Seattle hotel features distinctive artistic and musical elements throughout its premises. The fifth floor serves as an homage to Sub Pop Records, with black-and-white photography by Charles Peterson adorning guest room doors. Rooms range from 175 to 375 square feet, equipped with Victrola record players and vinyl collections curated by Sub Pop Records. The 375-square-foot bunk rooms accommodate up to five people with a full bed topped by a twin bunk and two adjacent twin bunks. Miller's Guild, the attached steakhouse, features a James Beard award-winning chef. The lobby showcases black walls, original stained-glass windows, Edison bulbs, and rustic-chic furnishings including a caramel leather sofa. Hotel Max stands within walking distance of Pike Place Market, shopping districts, and cultural attractions. The property sits at the intersection of SW 7th Avenue and Stewart Street, positioning guests near South Lake Union's tech hub and Capitol Hill's entertainment district.

“The hotel's embrace of Seattle's music scene, particularly its ties to Sub Pop, strikes a chord-it's more than décor; it's a cultural immersion. I appreciate the thoughtful extras, like the local craft beer hour and even a 'spiritual menu,' suggesting a genuine investment in guest experience. Its central location makes discovering the city's core remarkably easy.”
