quirky and comfortable stay

helpful staffeasy walkhershey kissesexcellent coffee
the staff was very helpful, and they quickly corrected a reservation issue i had. i was able to park my car in the hotel lot early. the location allowed for easy walks downtown while i waited for my room to be ready. the hotel features extra touches, including complimentary drinks, hershey kisses in the room, and excellent coffee.
the placement of the hand soaps next to the sink resulted in a constantly wet sink area.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast was affordable and delicious. the hotel provides a coffee bar downstairs and a water bar with sparkling and still options. free cookies are available. This adds a cute touch and complements the beverage options well.

Adequate stay, some drawbacks

comfortable roomamazing linenfree drinknonexistent laundrysmall poolsplash around area
The room was quite comfortable. The linens were amazing, and I slept very well. The hotel included nice extra touches to. I enjoyed the free drinks and excellent coffee.
The laundry facilities advertised do not exist. I found that quite frustrating (as I needed to wash some clothes). The indoor pool is not large enough for swimming. It seems suitable only for kids splashing around.
