I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views of the Gateway Arch were incredible and definitely a highlight, and the staff was generally accommodating. However, I faced issues with my reservation and unexpected parking charges that left a sour impression. While the amenities were decent, I expected a bit more in terms of service clarity and communication, especially for a celebration stay.

I was initially placed in a standard room instead of the corner room I booked, but they moved me to the right room later. It was clean and offered a nice view of the Arch, which enhanced my experience.
