I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views of the Gateway Arch were incredible and definitely a highlight, and the staff was generally accommodating. However, I faced issues with my reservation and unexpected parking charges that left a sour impression. While the amenities were decent, I expected a bit more in terms of service clarity and communication, especially for a celebration stay.
