many options amazing location small room thin walls
the staff was very kind, so i felt welcomed. breakfast offered many options, so i always found something yummy. the hotel's location was amazing because i could easily reach many attractions. the shower had toiletries included, which i appreciate.
my room, were the air conditioning didnt work, was very small. the walls were thin, so i could hear the neighbours too clearly. it wasnt very enjoyable

the room was quite small, i must say. trying to maneuver around with luggage seemed like an olympic sport. and the tv situation? not a smart tv, a bummer (especially after a long day of sightseeing). i really wanted to stream some shows.

helpful staff english language comfy sitting area free coffee
i found the reception staff super lovely and helpful , they spoke excellent english. the lobby had a comfy sitting area where we relaxed. breakfast was basic , but perfect for me. i liked the water filling bottles and free coffee available 24/7 from the breakfast area.
the tv wasn't a smart tv , i would have liked that upgrade.

the hotel is near the train station. it is a short walk, about 10 minutes. the street seemed calm. this location made onward travel easy for me.

the staff was friendly , helpful , and always smiling. they assisted my mother and me, who is elderly. the check-in process was smooth. i received helpful information about the amenities.

the rooms were cleaned regularly and nicely decorated. i found the breakfast decent, it had plenty of choices. the hotel offered quirky interiors within a historic building. there is also a small , but functional lift.
