an adequate stay, some issues noticed
non-functioning tvinadequate heating
I noticed the smart tv in my room didn't function at all. this was disappointing as i expected to use it for entertainment. also, there was only air conditioning available. No heating option existed. this made the room uncomfortably cold during the evenings.

The location was good with the metro station not too far.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room was disappointing, I expect more from hotel rooms. there was little ventilation and I had to open the window after showering. I believe this is a facility that needs addressing.

i stayed four nights. the room was very clean and nice. the staff were amazing, helping us in difficult times so i did not worry about accommodation. they helped us above and beyond when we were sick.
the sound proofing wasn't really good, it is a slight issue.

the location had a bus stop right outside. a metro station was also nearby! the room was clean. there were many supermarkets and bakeries close by.
the soundproofing was not really good. the towels i got had stains! there was no refrigerator even in the executive room. i got complimentary water only on the day of arrival.
