The hotel had a location near many sites. Staff members were very friendly and helpful (especially Flo). I appreciated our chats. I also liked how close we were to shopping. A short walk avoided Uber costs.
The level of room booked was tight for two people.

the location was great, very close to the arc de triomphe and the metro.. the staff were friendly and helpful. they were always smiling and ready to assist. the room was super clean and cozy, a really nice experience.

the location was okay, close TO some restaurants and shops.
the air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING properly, made the room TOO HOT. the staff said they could not fix it, and offered NO REAL SOLUTION. housekeeping DIDN'T REPLACE toiletries unless specifically ASKED.

The soundproofing wasn't effective. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and it disrupted my sleep. also, the minibar prices were higher than expected
