adequate stay with minor inconveniences
small roomnoise issue
The room size was quite small. closet space was lacking, so managing luggage proved difficult. additionally, i noticed a persistent noise issue . I suspect it came from the adjacent school.. it disrupted the mornings.

the location offered proximity to the gare saint-lazare it made city exploration easy. the cocktail bar within the lobby provided a romantic setting for signature cocktails after gentle strolls.
the room featured some broken items such as the shower holder i found that i could not hang. water overflowed throughout the bathroom following each shower it created a small inconvenience.

fantastic gem
attentive stafffantastic location
i loved that the hotel staff were super attentive i felt very welcome they answered every question i had the bar staff were very good. the location is fantastic close to bars and restaurants i found everything i needed nearby. the hotel was super clean my entire stay i really appreciated the cleanliness.

the spa facilities include a nice pool and sauna i liked these a lot after long days exploring. the hotel also features a bar at the lobby it is great. there are train stations nearby and that makes getting around super easy.

the room had everything i needed it was new and well maintained i enjoyed the updated features. the rooms are kept very clean i definitely noticed that. i appreciated the modern amenities available.

the staff was pleasant . i felt secure coming and going.
I was pretty frustrated with the air conditioning. the room was still too hot. the pillows were also too flat. I basically had no support at all.

the location proved convenient, as expected. it was near transport and dining options.
the balcony doors did not work properly. they kept blowing open, and a staff member had difficulty fixing this right away. also, i found the storage space insufficient. the room lacked drawers and hooks for towels and coats.
